Whether track, abandoned back road, or otherwise, post your top speed and modifications you've done to date. Dyno top speed does not count. Lol. Quite interested in seeing these. |

125 today. There were post on MT-10 indicating speeds as high as 155. I'll just take their word for it. I haven't been that high on either number yet. At 125, did you feel like it had a lot left in it? I'd love to see someone kick past 160 mph. |

ECU reflash takes care of that issue and removes the usa detune as well. Fastest speed I have heard of in the USA is 155. Someone may have gone faster by now though. Anything over 130 mph on a naked bike is just brutal though. |

At 125, did you feel like it had a lot left in it? I'd love to see someone kick past 160 mph. When I backed off the throttle, I was still in 5th gear. It wasn't even breaking a sweat yet and had a long way to go. However, the factory flash has a speed limiter and as was just posted, it will simply stop accelerating at that point. Without the limiter, somewhere around 155 per other posts. It also felt much more solid and stable than my FZ-09 did at that speed. The 09 was limited at 132-133. It would accelerate right up to that speed, then just hang there until you backed off. Sounds like the -10 is programmed for the same top speed. Next time out, I'll find out. i live in the country and the crossroad closest to my home is a long, smooth, wide stretch of blacktop with open farm fields on both sides. With no cars ahead or behind, I have over a mile to go as fast as I want. Nice, safe place to make short test runs. |

My 800lb 2013 yamaha raider cruiser tops out at 136mph with Ivan's ecu reflash. Never tried topping it out stock though. Hope Ivan is going to make a flash for the FZ10. |

I have never traveled past the posted speed limit on any road. :-) Me neither. Posted speed limit? I don't see no stinking posted speed limit! |

Maybe I should send my wind screen back to help me stick with more comfortable speeds. |

Stock other than cosmetics and quickshifter. I am guessing actual speed is 132-135mph then? I felt like it defiantly had more to go. Pulls hard then feels like hitting the wall on the 09. |

Just had the break in maintenance done so now I can test it out once it warms up a bit. The high today is 36 so I won't be rolling the dice on top speed yet. It almost seems futile until I get the reflash. I want to see a gps video over 160mph. I have a feeling someone will hit this by summer. I definitely will be getting a new helmet for this occasion. Damn cold weather! |

It'll hit 155mph (speedo reading) over and over pretty easily. That's completely stock just an exhaust no flash. It feels like it shuts off at that point. Can't tell if it's a speed limiter or the actual rev limiter because it's definitely at 12k just about |
