Puts a big smile on my face.

By George(Owner), Sep. 5, 2010

I first rode a Bonnie around 5 - 6 years ago for work. I work for a section within a government agencey who handled complaints regrding motor vehicles and other related issues.

I "had" to ride an early model regarding claims of cutting out after around 20kms or so.

Well after over 15... 0kms (without an issue) I fell in love. It was one of the best days I had at work. I wanted to resolve this issue buy buying the bike off the consumer who lodged the compliant.

I made the decision to wait for my 40th to get one. Well I almost waited till my 40th. I took home a new 2010 T100 model with EFI about 4 months before I hit the big FOUR OH.

I cant tell my wife how it makes me feel because she will think I'm having an affair with some chick called Bonnie!

I know it's not a sports bike or a Harley and that is why I love it.

It has the right amount of torque and any ride I manage to do is never long enough.

I had the bike shop replace those standard pipes with a nice set of good quality stain tunes which sound like nothing else.

I thought about this bike for years before I got it and cant stop thinking about it even after taking it home.

My dad who past away always talked about all the British bikes he used to own. One of his best was the the Bonnie. I wish he was around to share this feeling with me and I know he would of went out and purchased one that week. Yes I know it's just a bike but there is something about a simple classic like the Bonnie that makes you smile.

I'm smiling just thinking about riding her.

Those who have one understand what I'm on about.

Lifes good on a Bonnie!!

T100 likes & dislikes

By william p. gibson(Owner), Sep. 1, 2010

good power, but sifting and rolling throttle is tricky, like slow and go,not a smooth power transition.Good on corners and the brakes are great with little effort to stop or slow down.Placement of pegs is another story.hard to find a spot to put you feet down unless you have a 36" inseam. For a 30... " your only spot is back of the pegs and in front of the muffler which chances are you put black heel marks on the pipes.IN other words it's hard and not to safe to get your feet down safely .Other than the small drag bars ,lean forward, the bike looks great and so does the fake carbs. My new Triumph

By David A. Darbyshire(Owner), Nov. 14, 2010

Well, I just bought a forest green T100. That makes my 6th Triumph. All the others were back in the 60's and early 70's though.

What a pleasure to ride. I did have to change the mufflers though, to get back to the vintage sound.

I think it is one of the best bikes going for the money. I've... had a little of everything, from Harley's to Yamaha's. The Bonneville is still the one for me. Read Full Review

Very happy owner

By Dave (thebiglad)(Owner), Sep. 1, 2011

I bought my Black & White T100 last week - it came with loads of extras including a pair of aftermarket pipe which I fitted 3 days ago.

I have been out on her every day since and she is brilliant!!.

Strong brakes, great handling, very comfy (gel) seat, soild power and torque even at very l... ow revs, plus a really authentic 270° sound and good on petrol.

Plus you get noticed wherever you go.

Would I change anything - no!

The T100 is perfect for me.
